Burgers & Dogs
Grilled all beef cheeseburgers with smoked cheddar or swiss, and juicy all beef hot dogs served with potato salad, coleslaw, green salad with ranch and Italian dressing, corn on the cob, fresh fruit, Tim’s potato chips, and an ice cream sandwich for each guest.
Smokehouse BBQ Sandwiches
Choose two from the following selection of slow smoked meats; pulled pork with stone ground mustard and honey glaze, tender beef brisket, or tangy pulled BBQ chicken, all served on cornmeal buns. Choose all three selections for an additional $2.00 per person. Served with potato salad, coleslaw, green salad with ranch and Italian dressing, corn on the cob, fresh fruit, Tim’s potato chips, and an ice cream sandwich for each guest.
Alderbook BBQ Feast
Mesquite smoked pork ribs, tender beef brisket, and BBQ chicken skewers, served with freshly baked corn bread, baked beans, corn on the cob, potato salad, coleslaw, green salad with ranch and Italian dressing, fresh fruit, and an ice cream sandwich for each guest.
All picnics ice water, ice tea, pink lemonade, and hot coffee service. We can add a selection of canned sodas as an option. One complimentary hot dog per guest is offered at our Snack Shack. We will accommodate dietary restrictions upon request.
